Tammy Blossom
I am a producer, strategist, and relationship architect with more than 30 years leading complex, mission-driven initiatives across public service, philanthropy, and the arts. I build coalitions, steward resources, and support leaders and creative teams in bringing meaningful work to life.
Earlier in my career, I worked alongside national leadership—including Presidents Bill Clinton, George H. W. Bush, George W. Bush, and General Colin Powell—supporting the formation and expansion of initiatives such as America’s Promise, the Points of Light Foundation, and the AmeriCorps national service program. That experience shaped my belief that lasting impact happens when purpose, partnership, and community are aligned.
Today, I apply that philosophy in film and stage production. As Founder and CEO of Ora Glenn Productions, and Managing Principal and Producer with We R Broadway Artists Alliance, I develop and support projects that elevate women’s voices, strengthen cultural identity, and spark human connection.
On Broadway, I served on the producorial and investment teams for two Tony-nominated productions—The Hills of California and Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club—and am making my London theatre debut with The Hunger Games: On Stage at the new immersive theatre in Canary Wharf.
I am also a producer on the feature film Going for Two, and the documentary OOSA OOSA, which celebrates the legacy of the 1985 U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team and the generations of athletes they inspired.
My work emphasizes:
Storytelling with emotional and cultural resonance
Responsible financial and investor stewardship
Collaborative leadership across diverse stakeholders
Clear communication and steady forward momentum
I thrive where creative vision intersects with disciplined strategy—where the work requires care, clarity, and respect for both people and process. Whether in philanthropy, community leadership, or the arts, my focus is on work that contributes to legacy and strengthens the cultural fabric of the communities it touches.
