WE R Broadway Artists Alliance  is led and co-founded by creatives Jennifer Johns-Grasso and Tina Marie Casamento, joined by Tammy Blossom and Kelly Lamor Wilson.

With backgrounds and passions for performance, theatre, and education, they founded WE R BAA with the mission of curating exciting opportunities for the development of female centric projects and championing the next generation of theatre-makers.
